Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee the availability of displayed products. If a product that is currently out of stock, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible and will contact you via email with an approximate delivery time. If the goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch them the next working day. The order will be delivered within 5 working days. Once an order is recieved, an email will be sent with your order details. A second email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We do not accept any responability with any miscommunication because of an invalid or incorrect email. It is your responsability to provide us with the correct contact and delivery details.
FarmandHomeSupplies reserve the right to reject an order at our own discretion. We do our best to ensure correct prices and pictures of our products, however, in the event of an error we reserve the right to alter the price or product at any stage. The price change can be because but not limited to: incorrect price, change in supplier's price, increase in tax duties. In this event, we will notify you immediately when we review the order and allow you to cancel or re-order once the product/price has been corrected. We aim to have the products delivered within 1-3 working days. However, products are subject to availability and delays and may be outside of our control. If the delivery time is more than 21 days you have the right to contact us and refuse the item. In this event, we will refund you the full amount paid. However, we do not accept any responsability for damage, loss, extra delivery charges or costs. You will be required to sign off on the product. Once done, the product is your sole responsability. It is your responsability to ensure everything is in order at the time of delivery.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use this site. If we discover such information provided by a child under the age of 13 we will have the information removed as soon as possible.
