€20 delivery on orders under €100

€15 delivery on orders over €100 (Some exceptions on bulky items)

Processing and delivery operates working days from Mon-Fri.

Returns Policy

14 Day Return Policy

We offer a 14 day no hassle return policy. If for some reason you are not happy with your product you can send the item back to us for a full refund. Items may be opened for inspection but must not be used in any way. If you wish to return an item, it must be repacked securely in it's original packaging and must be posted within 14 days after you recieved it.

When we receive the return, we will inspect the item for use or damage. If the item was used or damaged in your care it may result in the refund being decreased accordingly or revoked.

We accept no responsibility for the item while in transit to us. 

All cost of the return including packaging must be payed by the sender unless the item is faulty or doesn't match the description.

The Goods I received are Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please do not attempt to use it as it may result in further damage or injury. All products that were used or plugged in will be deemed as used and will not be refunded or replaced.

If you wish to return a damaged item, please email us at farmandhomesupplies@gmail.com or call us on 074 9135194 and we will guide you through the process. You may be required to give additional information such as the Order ID and or pictures of the damaged item.

Packaging an Item for Return

All returned items must be complete with everything received inculding manuals, accessories and the original packaging.

The item must be packaged securely and appropriately for shipping. We will not accept any responsibility for (further) damage or loss during transit.
